Major Update

New Partnership with Regional Culinary Institute

We've established a strategic partnership with Québec's premier culinary institute to enhance our advanced technique programs. This collaboration brings access to specialized equipment and guest instruction from industry professionals. The partnership will introduce new modules focusing on contemporary French techniques and molecular gastronomy, starting with our September 2025 cohort.

Advanced Pastry Techniques Course Now Available

Our newest specialized program focuses on advanced pastry and dessert preparation techniques. Developed over eighteen months with input from local pastry chefs, this intensive course covers everything from traditional French patisserie to modern plated desserts. Early enrollment is open for the August 2025 start date, with limited spots available for hands-on workshop sessions.

500th Student Graduation Celebrated

We reached a significant milestone in November with our 500th program graduate. This achievement represents five years of consistent growth and refinement of our curriculum. September 2024

Kitchen Facility Expansion Complete

Our expanded teaching kitchen at Carrefour Charlesbourg opened with three additional workstations and specialized equipment for sauce work and precision cooking techniques. The renovation doubled our capacity for hands-on instruction.

July 2024

Guest Chef Series Launch

We introduced monthly guest chef demonstrations featuring professionals from acclaimed Quebec restaurants. Each session focuses on specific techniques, with chefs sharing both traditional methods and contemporary innovations they use in their kitchens.

March 2024

Advanced Certification Program Accredited

Our comprehensive curriculum received formal recognition from Quebec's culinary education board. This accreditation validates our approach to teaching advanced techniques and provides graduates with credentials recognized throughout the province.
