Important Notes & Recommendations
Our culinary education platform has been designed with accessibility in mind. All video content includes closed captions, and our interface supports screen readers for visually impaired learners. We recommend using headphones during technique demonstrations to catch subtle audio cues from professional chefs.
Mobile Learning: While our courses are fully accessible on tablets and smartphones, hands-on cooking sessions work best when viewed on larger screens. Consider using a tablet stand in your kitchen to keep your device at eye level while following along with recipes.
Bandwidth Considerations: Video lessons automatically adjust quality based on your connection speed. If you experience buffering issues, try closing other applications using internet bandwidth. Our mobile app allows downloading select content for offline viewing when internet connectivity is limited.
Kitchen Safety: Keep devices away from heat sources and steam. We recommend using a protective case if you plan to reference materials while cooking. Touch screens can be operated with clean, dry hands or food-safe styluses.
Students enrolling in our September 2025 intensive program will receive additional setup guidance during orientation week. Technical support remains available throughout your learning journey to address any compatibility concerns.
