Learn Together, Create Together
Join our collaborative culinary community where advanced techniques meet peer learning. Build lasting connections while mastering the art of sophisticated cooking through shared experiences and group discovery.
Join Our CommunityCommunity-Centered Learning
Our approach puts collaboration at the heart of culinary education. Work alongside fellow cooking enthusiasts, share discoveries, and build skills through meaningful peer interaction.
Small Learning Groups
Work in intimate groups of four students per station. This size encourages active participation while ensuring everyone contributes to technique development and creative problem-solving during cooking sessions.
Rotating Partnerships
Every two weeks, group compositions change to expose you to different cooking styles and approaches. This rotation system helps build adaptability while expanding your network within the culinary community.
Peer Review Sessions
Monthly tastings where groups present dishes to each other for constructive feedback. These sessions build confidence in explaining techniques while developing your palate through exposure to diverse interpretations.
Program Structure & Timeline
Our eight-month program begins this September and runs through May 2026. The schedule balances intensive skill-building with collaborative project work, giving you time to absorb techniques while building relationships with fellow students.
Classes meet three evenings per week, with weekend workshops once monthly. You'll spend roughly 60% of time in hands-on cooking and 40% in group discussions, technique analysis, and collaborative menu planning.
